What are peoples impressions of panther on their iBooks? I have a 900mhz model and was wondering if apart from the features it was worth it, a while ago i heard it made things feel snappier and faster, anyone else noticed this?

Thanks

Panther is much faster on any Mac. If you want instant gratification just open the Apple System Profiler. You will notice right away how fast it opens with the info. OS9-Jag took forever to retrieve the info.

I have an iBook 900. Just be sure to max out the RAM and you'll be fine. Everything UI releated is as fast as on an equal G4.

While my iBook 600 (8MB Rage 128) is no speed demon, 10.3 runs better than 10.2 did, no doubt about that.
