This week I'm getting a new PB 15" and need to move my Studio MX 2004 installation. Can I just reinstall this? I seem to remember there is a problem doing this. Do I have to uninstall it from my current machine (that's fine, I will be getting rid of this anyway). Thanks in advance for any help.

Under the "Help" menu there is an option to transfer your license. you do not need to uninstall it, only make sure your transfer it. Once you install it on the new PB, you will be prompted to activate the software again.

Thanks! Ok, now I'm embarassed...guess it's a case of RTFM. Thanks your gracious reply. In all the excitement over the new computers (we're actually getting three, 12, 15 and 17 ) I didn't check thoroughly enough before posting.
