MacRumors is reporting that a company in the far east has been contracted to manufacture G5 iBooks in the 2nd Quarter of 2005.

A G5 iBook in 2Q '05? Seems quite unlikely to me. At best, we'd be looking at simultaneous G5 iBook and PowerBook launches. I doubt Apple would put out a G5 iBook within a year of a G5 PB ... look at how long it took them to stick a G4 into the iBook.
