[El Maestro]

I've just upgraded my PB G4 to Leopard, now I'm running 10.5.1.

I've noticed that spotlight will not find anything in my home folder. I've searched file names and things that I know are in the files, but it completely ignores anything in my home folder.

I've forced the system to reindex several times, a couple through the privacy preferences and a couple through Terminal.

When I upgraded, I did an Erase and Install, but I copied contents of the old home folder and applications (along with libraries and such) using target disk mode. The user name and home folder are identical in every way to the previous system.

Is there a plist I can trash or something? Did I break spotlight when doing my own weird version of an archive and install?

Any input is appreciated!

Mine does that too, it's annoying.

It is, especially since I use spotlight a lot to get to my documents.

I was thinking of doing an upgrade and install on top of the 10.5 I just put on there to see if some things might get put right.
