The AV100 shoots great MPEG2 clips on SD cards, just use a reader and rename the .MOD file extension to .MPG and burn files directly to DVD in Toast without re encoding. The D50 and lower shoot .ASF MPEG4 that will playback in WMP or VLC, download the SD clips also with reader. None of the Panasonics software works with Macs, but nothing really missed either.
