I noticed that the icons of my home directories (documents, library etc) changed back to standard after upgrading to Jaguar.
Now I tried to put fresh icons on them: Nothing happened. Is there a way to change those icons or is it blocked by the system now? Would be a disdavantage compared to 10.1.5.
Strange enough, the "Applications" directory icon *is* changeable...

Use candybar to change the home cataloge icon. However this changes the generic icon and not just yours. It seems they changed how the system handles some of the system icons. When i did an upgrade on 10.1.5 to 10.2 it left my icons unchanged. And I can still use menu items!?..
