what is fast web?

Please can someone simply give me some information on what fast web is? I often see servers on carracho advertising "fast web server FW:" then some ip address? No one will tell me what it is though.
i hate not knowing stuff

fast web is a serch engine so that's all I can offer up what it could be.

Umm, I read that to mean "our server is fast"...people on Carracho advertise that all the time.

hmmm could it be that that is all it is? They always have something that says like FW:1.30.202.34:31069 and if you try to connect to the servers ip that is listed by the tracker you get "server does not exist" same thing if you connect ot that crazy address... someone must know! Though your right it is usually listed by extrememly fast servers (all the more reason for curiosity)
