After a few weeks use, I've become irritated with my DVI port and my USB ports on the rear of my TiBook. They appear to be 'sunk' in by nearly a 1/16" - enough to make my DVI connector's screws not grip into the screw inlets so it hangs there loosely falling out quite often. Also, my USB ports do not work unless I literally 'force' and wiggle the USB cable into the port. I ordered my TiBook/SD custom built from Apple, 1GB ram blah blah blah, so I'm thinking that when they put it back together, this portion of the ports was not exactly in place. I have not tried the other ports, but they do not seem to be as sunken in as the rest. Do I complain to Apple and lose my TiBook for weeks or live with it?

Do you actually think your machine was specially built? Thousands of people have ordered the SuperDrive/gigabyte of memory configuration.

I think what you're experiencing is normal. My USB ports are very tight, too. Also, the DVI connector is notoriously recessed.

Thanks, as I'd hate to lose my PB. What has everyone been doing to fix it?
