when you first installed it, there was probably an install log created...i don't recall exactly where - it may be at the root of your drive....find it, open it...it tells what is where and from that you can manually delete.

if the uninstall is not working, perhaps it is because you had manually trashed a few things already? you can always re-install, then uninstall...that should work and will also give you a log file to check over.

I had the <sarcasm> Joy< sarcasm> of removing their product off my machine. I did a search for NAV,NUM, Norton and things like that I also had the find search for invisible files. I removed all that and it is good. It took me a good 20 mins to remove everything completely.

You should still be able to put it in the trash. If it is still in use it won't let you empty trash completely. just reboot and it'll get rid of it.

Don't forget to search for and remove items with "Symantec" or "Sym" in their names as well.
