As far as the Hard drive is concerned yes and much more easily than the current aluminum models. Do a google search or check Apples support page but I do remember it is an easy procedure.

Take all the screws off the bottom. From here, it should be obvious--two screws right next to the drive to help it come out.
These powerbooks support PC133, 512MB max per slot.

i upgraded my titanium's internal to a hitachi/ibm 60gb 7200rpm model and was very, very happy with the results. definitely would recommend.
