After I installed Tiger I noticed that the red and blue screen colors arent lined up. Let me try to explain.

Im looking at text and I can see a slight blue and red lines around the letters. How do I adjust this on a powerbook G4?

Yes, it is the problem.
When you change the font smoothing settings, you have to log out then back in to see a change.
