Can someone tell me what religion(?) that is?

It says "Dreyßigstamt" (thirtieth-office). What a thirtieth-office is I can not tell you though. According to Google it might be something like a customs office.

Dreissigsamt was an office dealing with customs duties. Maybe they asked for 1/30th of the values.

Thanks for the translation/interpretation. It is a gazetteer for Austria-Hungary and apparently included Bohemia and Moravia as well. I offer you the following old travel guide for your amusement/edification in payment.
