I downloaded the OS X version of planeshift, and did everything it told me to do in the read-me (create an account).

It tells me I need to open up a certain file, but the file it tell me to open is just a white sheet of paper (the icon, that is), and when I try to open it, it asks me to select a program to open it with. It's a .cfg file.

Does anyone know what to do with this?

Edit: It turns out there were two psclient things in the folder. One was a .cfg and one was the one that I needed to click. I clicked the .cfg, and that's what my problem was... which leads to a new problem.

When I click the psclient icon I need to click nothing happens. This probably doesn't belong in OS X forum, but since I already have a topic for this I guess I'll use at and let a mod move it or something. Does anyone know why the psclient won't open?
