I was just wondereing if anyone else whose order through the Apple Store and shipped via Kuenhe & Nagel has actually been delivered yet?

Apple shipped my order on the 2nd April, and Kuenhe & Nagel are saying that it won't be delivered until at least the 12th! Assuming that it does come on the 12th, it will taken them longer to deliver it than it did for Apple to ship it after my order (only 6 days).

I spoke to Kuenhe & Nagel (a very painful process-I got passed to 7 different departments, and eventually ended up talking to someone who couldn't even speak English properly!) and they said that it is at the UK depot ready for delivery, and they will send it when they get round to it!

Has anyone else had any bad experiences?

Mine took about 5 days in total from shipment to delivery with K & N. (iBook in October 2001). I think it's actually DHL or TNT that turn up at your door though so you could try giving them a call.
