How is the new macbook for gaming? I'm not a big gamer but I'm looking forward to playing some games on my new notebook. How will the macbook work for some casual gaming?

That's not to say that it will run them well, however. Any game made in the past year or two (Spore, etc) will need its graphics settings dropped a notch or two, but anything older than that will run just fine at max levels.
It's not perfect, but it's certainly better than the GMA 950/965 MacBooks, that can barely handle the Sims 2 at medium settings.

It's still integrated graphics. It's much better than before, but even my girlfriend's last generation Macbook Pro (With discrete graphics) has some issues with Spore at anything above "Medium" graphics.
