I know the answer to this - I've answered the self-same question myself. I just can't find the info I supplied...or another soource for such.

The mac (a g3) slows down to a crawl when typing using 9.1. I have the most up-to-date version of CarbonLib so I know it isn't this. The slowness goes when I insert a zip and I seem to remember there being an extension I should trash or disable - CD something or other or a control strip module. I would like to have a definitive link or sequence to pass on as I know this is a common problem.

I think there is another question relating to this on the form already - sans remedies as yet.

Hope someone can advise.

Thanks in advance
