All of a sudden (well, I don't know what I did anyway), "icon" files in some of my folders have become visible. This is disturbing as they're not supposed to (and deleting them will leave the folder with no icon at all).
FYI:
* iMac DV-SE, Mac OS 9.0.4
* I do use IconDropper, but some of the affetcted folders never had a custom icon assigned at all.
* I already ran DiskWarrior, which warned me of five faulty icon files. It claimed to have fixed this, but they're still visible (and more than five anyway).
* I did rebuild the desktop, to no avail. However, some documents now show a generic icon... Aaargh!
How can I fix this? It doesn't affect my use of the computer, but it's not normal operation as far as I know.
Thanks....
