Centris 650 -=- Asante NuBus Ethernet Problem!

	I purchased two Asante "MacCon" NuBus Ethernet Cards for my Centris 650, so i could make the Centris a standalone router for my Network. Problem is, when i install the cards, and plug a cable into it from my 10/100 switch, the link light on the card steadily blinks (yes, i know that's a contradiction, bear with me). Any Ideas?
