"Christianity will go,". "It will vanish and shrink. I needn't argue about that; I'm right and I will be proved right. The iPod is more popular than Jesus now. I don't know which will go first -- the iPod or Christianity. Jesus was all right, but his disciples were thick and ordinary. It's them twisting it that ruins it for me."

You can clearly see from the picture that the iPod only comes up to about Jesus's chest. So, I guess Jesus is bigger...

I've seen some insane threads, but this one is definately in the top 10.
(Voted the iPod still has yet to die for our music stealing sins)

You are really searching your heart aren't you SWF? Do you think that the more you try to make fun of Jesus that you'll feel better?
All this thread does is solidify your title of Troll.

I never actually thought you had a 0% sense of humour. Guess you proved it is the case.

I've got no problem with that. I don't want to ever make a joke that you will laugh to.
You really should do some soul searching. Possibly read the entire New Testament and see a Minister or Pastor. You really seem to be reaching for some truth.
BTW: I thought you were ignoring me? Your words.

Sorry.
I was actually joking. I have a certain sense of humor too, and although I don't share exactly the same with disgrunted head, I have my moments.

For those left scratching their heads after reading this, the quotes are from an interview John Lennon did in 1966. If I remember correctly, substitute "We're" for the "The iPod is" and "Rock n' Roll" for "the iPod".
"Fans burned their albums. Many more burnt their fingers attempting to burn their albums"
(Edit: two typos)

Both debatable (I have a reputation to protect).
I would have paid a few dollars to find out exactly what went through the minds of those reading that 1st post who had no idea where that quote came from. You can be sure at least one person clicked "report abuse".
(edit: Missed the first quote tag. Time to go to bed)

The most noticeable feature about the iPod is how small it is. Since that's a major part of its design, then I would definitely say that it is not bigger than Jesus.

Hmmm... I see you're "ignoring" me.
I knew exactly what you were referring to with your first post. Do you know why John said it? The same reason you are. He was attacking Christianity. A little comentary for you.
You need to grow up with your attacks on Christianity. Doesn't it bore you anymore? I still say you are searching and Christianity is scaring you because you are drawn so much to it.

Not nearly as sad as the hundreds of christian whining threads SWF has made over the past year.

I'm humorless because I I don't see how it's funny to make fun of someone's Messiah?

They should put the guts of the iPod shuffle into that Jesus figurine and rename it the "iPod Kilbey/Zimphire Edition." And then on the back they could engrave "Thou Shalt Not Steal Music."

Na, because this thread isn't about them or a personal attack as much as they would love the attention.
I took that picture for shits and giggles.

You're humorless because you seem to lack the ability to see past your own opinions.
Maybe if you were as secure with your religion as SWF is with his sexuality you could get that rod out of your a$$ and laugh once in a while.

I think what makes them so uncomfortable is that I am comfortable with my sexuality, if I wouldn't have openly admitted I am gay several times nobody here would know.
My lifestyle disagrees with them so they try to put me down and discredit me at every turn.
GOOD LUCK
Anyway, back on topic....

1. Christ: Water to wine at a wedding.
iPod: MP4s into a commodity, when it most people were still getting their online music for free.
2. Christ: Brought Lazurus back from the dead.
iPod: Resucitated Apple more than OS X did, but actually brought the music industry back to life.
3. Christ: Crucified, died, was buried. On the third day he rose from the dead.
iPod: Critics hated it, geeks coveted it. Then the 3G iPod started the major coveting by mall teenagers and J-Lo fans.
4. Christ: Son of a carpenter.
iPod: iPod OS first developed by Pixo.
5. Christ: "Do unto others as you'd have them do unto you" and "turn the other cheek"
iPod: Music from iTMS is iPod only, and for years Apple users have been the victims of hearing that software and other stuff would only run on a PC. But at least Apple made the iPod and iTMS Windows compatible.
