god one, it's funny, but that was just one more reason why I wouldn't move full time on to Panther, the lack of that plugin. Glad it's out.

i got it to work. instead of renaming the bundles (disabled) folder i created a new bundles folder. that seem to fix the issue. but...it still wont mark the messages as read and or deleted in my hotmail account. nor did it download all of my mail. but this is a start.

Oh man, just dug up this thread. Couldn't find this plugin anywhere! Thanks! To anyone who's never tried it before- it's awesome, give it a shot. I couldn't live w/o it in Jag.

I have one legit hotmail address that I use for buying stuff online. I have about five others that I use for junk e-mail (and, therefore, spamcop reporting).

Hmm. I tried renaming the bundles (disabled) folder and it wouldn't work. I tried creating a new bundles folder and putting the bundle in there, still doesn't work.
I can't get it to show httpmail under account type, no matter what I do, it seems
Edit: Nevermind! I got it to work. it seems that for some reason the comp.apple.mail defaults were reset back to enablebundles=0. Perhaps when the bundle was deemed incompatible. i re-enabled enablebundles and now it is listed as an option!
