Funny how associative memory works. By linking numbers to events in your life you can remember both better, the numbers (OS revisions in this case) and what you were doing at the time.

The question is.. who has every one of those installers? I'd like a CD/DVD with every OS X upgrade to date. That would be handy (wouldn't it?).

I'm not positive about 10.2.7, but it seems 6R55 was shipped on most computers as 10.2.7. And 8/17 was the shipping date of the first G5s, so that seems to be a pretty good date to set as the "release" of that build.

I do, including the Combo updaters, because there are lots of people who use Macs here that don't have broadband. Only thing I'm missing are the 10.0.x OS-specific updates (Security updates, Airport, etc) when I wiped it out to replace it with Jaguar (back then, I nuked my other partitions, too).

I compiled it from a couple of sites.
#1. The VersionTracker page for the 10.3.3 update. I used the version popup menu, which shows release dates.
#2. This site, which lists up to 10.2.6.
#3. The rest which I didn't get from the two above, I just Googled for the info I needed.

Yeah, that's why I wasn't sure, because there wasn't really a "release" for that version.
I'll use 8/17/2003...that sounds pretty solid.

How large is the whole archive? Would they all fit on a DVD? Wanna send me one?

As for the "pulled 10.3.3's"- I think he's referring to reports on sites like www.macrumors.com that prerelease (developer) builds of 10.3.3 had been pulled due to problems with, IIRC, 20" iMacs. These were just test builds released for developers. The official 10.3.3 was never pulled.
