Despite hearing good things from people who’ve listened to the whole album, my expectations are still low for Volta. Medúlla was only just okay for me (with few exceptions, like Vökuró and Oceania, which are both gorgeous), and Drawing Restraint is just an hour of torture. I haven’t listened to Earth Intruders (or any of the other songs leaked/recorded from live shows out there now) yet, though, so I only have third-hand information to go by.
The Volta cover’s pretty damn ugly, though.

Yeah, concept Toyota hybrid, that does 0-60 in 4 seconds, and gets 32 mpg on the highway.
