hey, i'm with the times. i use an optical as well. i'm just old school..

and i have a trackball at home, yet i still use a mousepad. mostly because it came from a previous employer, and i want to remind myself of the humor of working there. the terrible terrible humor.

I also have an optical mouse, but still use my Pinky and the Brain mouse pad, and I will not give it up. Anyone that tries to take it ends up on the pile of corpses under the porch. Oops, I may have said too much...

There is a Dell mousepad at my Wife's store, she rolls the mouse from her Compaq and iBook on it

A MouseRug!

These things are the greatest!

All my mice are optical, but the MouseRugs are so flippin' cool, I use them anyway.

Should anyone be afraid of their construction, I haven't had one fall apart on me yet, and I ride my mice hard.

It's from a former employer, one of those nice smooth ones that grip really well (still using the hockey puck that came with my G4). Under that is a foam mousepad, just to give it some extra height and to cushion my wrist.

I see now.

I saw the "features" of Mars as jpeg noise. My brain filtered it into big plain red dot.

What mouse pad? I have an optical and a trackpad. When I need a mouse pad, though (for old mice,) I use a generic "Fry's" mouse pad.

nice mouse andreas_g4, i bought mine a year ago to play counter strike with. something about the scan rate the gamers told me. all i know is that i could run a mouse sens of 1.0 and not skip like my kensington would. couple that with a func pad and youre in gear for some serious gaming.

if i only had a "gaming" machine. i dont know if this ibook of mine is really going to cut it.

so, no i dont have anything on my mousepad except the "func" logo in the lower right, wish i could stare at her all day tho. damn.
